This workshop focuses on individuals' approach to music teaching in the classroom. Music is being transmitted and understood through various means. To be able to expand the musical abilities of the learners is the key for the facilitator. This workshop will allow participants to be able to add more to their unique teaching style to make it more engaging for both the facilitators and the learners.

About the facilitator:
Kushal Karki is a student of music pedagogy working as a music teacher in schools in Kathmandu. He is a founding member of लय’ले शिक्षा Laya’le Shikchya, a group formed by musicians/ teachers in 2016 which has been working to promote music education through research/ workshops.
